  4. NO BATHROOM!(COVID PRECAUTIONS)
  5. NO EXTRA PEOPLE. When coming for an install please be sure to come alone.
  6. NON-REFUNDABLE deposits are required for all bookings online. Deposits are $22 , $2 for TAXES and $20 towards your appointment.
  7. Remaining balance is CASH ONLY!!
  8. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT INFORMATION, I.E. EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER!
  9. LATE FEE of $15 after 15 min late & After 15 mins late appointment will be canceled NO REFUND!
  10. PLEASE COME WASH AND FULLY BLOW DRIED ( fee is $15 if not BLOW DRIED) (WASH CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)
  11. All frontals and wigs must be brought 2-3 business days(NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS 9am-5pm) In advance before your appointment.when im not there make sure your name,number,appointment time is on the bag.
  12. Failure to do so leads to a same day customization fee ($30) unless I’m booked I cannot always do same day.
  13. I DO NOT INSTALL USED WIGS!!
  14. FOR CUSTOM COLOR HAIR SHOULD BE DROPPED OFF 4-5 DAYS BEFORE APPONTMENT DAY.
  15. If you do not live near u can always ship it to the address sent to your email after you book. please send a text or email when you do so. lost items is out of our hands!
  16. Invest in good frontals. they are a big difference.
  17. WITH INSTALLS AND SERVICES YOU GET STYLED STRAIGHT OR LOOSE CURLS ANYTHING ELSE IS AN EXTRA FEE.

SAMEDAY CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULE

you cannot reschedule your if you do not show up for your appointment with no text, call , email etc.

you're appointment will be cancelled after 15 of no show.

If you cannot make it to your appointment please inform me 24hr prior the appointment, so that your deposit can be credited (2 weeks) to your next service. (this does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows or lateness)

you are only allowed one reschedule. you also have the option of not rescheduling but unfortunately the deposit will be forfeited.

ALL CANCELATIONS- Once an appointment has been cancelled , you have to rebook with another deposit.

- The better your lace is the better outcome you will have .
it’s MANDATORY to bring your wigs 2-3 days before appointment for customization and to be certain for me to work with that wig.

-FAILURE to bring in wig in advance and doing same day customization , will be a $30 fee as it is unfair to me and my clients after you.
